Faith Lutheran Preschool and Pre-K classes are where kids learn in an intimate setting through fun activities and projects. Our close knit school has limits on class size to keep more one on one learning time a priority. With both a lead teacher and teacher’s aide and a combined experience of over 50 years working with children, you can be confident that your child is loved and well cared for. Our Teachers

Hi my name is Jan Oshlick. I have had the privilege of being the teacher’s aide here at Faith Lutheran since 1988 when my three boys attended this school. I could not have found a more wonderful place to work all of these years. It’s always a pleasure getting to know all the new families and spending quality time with their children. I treasure this wonderful experience.

Hello my name is Amanda Goughnour. I went to Faith Lutheran many years ago and have returned back to where my first school experience took place! This is my ninth year teaching (most of those years were spent in kindergarten). I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary/Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education. I love teaching our youngest learners and working closely with families. I am always looking for the newest ways to make learning fun!

The Classroom

The students at Faith Lutheran develop social skills, kindness, imagination, and self-confidence.

We have created a space where children felt safe and valued while they learned. A home away from home. A place where their teacher knows the students on not only an academic level, but also a personal level: how their first t-ball game went, what kind of ice cream they got at Double Dipper, if their scraped knee finally healed after falling off their bike. Our hopes for the students are to give them the tools they need to make this world a better place far beyond the classroom.
